1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

"pak360" refers to the platform accessible at pak360.org and all associated sub-pages, services, and features operated thereunder.

"Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on pak360 or accesses any portion of the platform.

"Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on pak360, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

"Services" means all products and features made available via pak360, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL cricket markets, slot games, live dealer casino tables, and any promotional programmes.

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, cashback amounts, free spins, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's account by pak360 under any active promotion.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak360, completing the registration process, or using any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak360.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have registered an Account, request its closure by contacting pak360 support via Live Chat.

pak360 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any pak360 Services. pak360 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. pak360 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on pak360. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account details at all times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, and an active email address.

KYC Verification. pak360 is required to verify the identity of registered Players. You must provide a copy of your valid CNIC when requested. Failure to complete identity verification may result in withdrawal restrictions and, ultimately, Account suspension. KYC documents submitted to pak360 are processed and stored in accordance with the pak360 Privacy Policy.

Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pak360 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online betting regulations vary across Pakistan's provinces and territories. pak360 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its Services in any specific location.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak360 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak360 will never request your password through any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or phone.

You must notify pak360 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pak360 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

pak360 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all Account interactions, including login, cashier transactions, and personal data pages. However, no security system is infallible and pak360 cannot guarantee absolute security of Account data.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Methods. pak360 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Supported methods are subject to change. The current list of available methods is displayed in the pak360 Cashier section.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pak360 is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Minimum withdrawal thresholds are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within two to five minutes. Bank transfers may require up to one business day. Withdrawals are processed according to the Player's Account verification status and current tier; Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing targeting under 15 minutes for JazzCash withdrawals.

Player-Owned Accounts Only. Deposits to and withdrawals from pak360 must originate from and return to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding or withdrawal to accounts not belonging to the verified Account holder is strictly prohibited.

Currency. All Accounts on pak360 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR-denominated deposit and withdrawal transactions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak360 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and should be read before placing any wager.

pak360 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it determines that: (a) a technical error affected the availability or accuracy of odds; (b) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or fraudulent activity; or (d) odds were published in manifest error.

In-play betting markets on PSL and other cricket fixtures are offered subject to match status confirmation. pak360 is not responsible for any delays in live data feeds that may temporarily affect the accuracy of in-play markets. Bets accepted during such delays remain valid unless voided under the criteria above.

Live casino outcomes at pak360 are determined by physically dealt cards and real dice in independently audited studio environments. Slot game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generators. pak360 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions made available to pak360 Players are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the pak360 promotions page.

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal of winnings generated from Bonus Funds is subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement. Where a Player withdraws real money funds before completing bonus wagering requirements, any associated Bonus Funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited.

pak360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions in which they are participating. Misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak360 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

(a) Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy;

(b) Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;

(c) Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;

(d) Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, bet syndication, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities;

(e) Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pak360 as a vehicle for money laundering;

(f) Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not explicitly sanctioned by pak360;

(g) Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak360 support staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

pak360 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered Players with tools to manage their betting activity. These tools, accessible from your Account settings, include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), wagering limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who believe their gambling activity may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion feature, which restricts all access to the platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

pak360 strictly enforces its 18+ age requirement. Any Account found to have been operated by an individual under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all deposits returned. All winnings generated by an underage Account holder will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where pak360 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak360's total liability to any Player arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to pak360 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak360 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on pak360, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and the pak360 brand name, is the intellectual property of pak360 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any pak360 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity only.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

pak360 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update noted at the top. Players will be notified of material changes via email or account notification where practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak360's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with recognised international arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
